JANY'S DUTCH PANCAKE HOUSE

Jany, from Amersfoort (a municipality and the second largest city of the province of Utrecht in central Netherlands) traveled to Taiwan a few years ago and fell in love with the country. She then decided to settle here, on the country's mountainous eastern coast, Hualien.

Jany likes to interact and communicate with people. She wanted a place where people from all over the world can come together not only to make friends but also to learn about different cultures.

Jany went back to the Netherlands and took a professional pancake certificate. Her dream came true, she opened a pancake house as planned and settled in Hualien. It is, I believe, the only Dutch restaurant in Hualien.
Jany said, "In the Netherlands, eating pancakes is a very happy thing, both adults and children love it. So I hope you can enjoy our pancakes as much as we do!"
